At Rawatpura Sarkar, the significance of Gau Mata (the holy cow) is naturally of the highest importance. This is because the most revered Param Pujya Maharaj Ji established the Gaushala (cow shelter) with the welfare of the local cattle in mind.

Here, all cows — whether helpless, sick, or elderly — are treated equally and with deep compassion. Every cow is cared for under the same system of service and attention. No cow is ever left unattended or allowed to roam outside the premises.

To ensure their well-being and freedom, several open fields have been created within the Gaushala premises where the cows can freely move, graze, and roam.

In fact, the Gaushala is considered a fundamental pillar of the ashram’s philosophy. Keeping this in mind, Gau Mata is always worshipped and honored with utmost reverence and devotion.
